In this coffee workshop, we will focus on the infamous Hario V60 cone Brewer exploring the theory and some of the most useful recipes, looking to understand rather than just copy them so that you can start to brew your pourovers according to your own taste and coffee preferences. We will focus on a medium roasted washed processed coffee but also taste some natural processed and lighter roasts as well as a dark roast.
