“The Art of Sipping Tea” has been explored for generations in the mountains and valleys of temperate Yunnan. These soils have produced the finest leaves and these leaves have been perfectly crafted. This process is made real through our senses to our souls through exquisite black tea.

Black tea, known as red tea in China, has a depth of flavor and complexity unlike any other tea. We travel from golden tips, to Assam dark, to Tongmu and back again. Discover the treasure of Black Tea.

Our Gong Fu Cha style tea session and discussion led by See and Erik will include:
